We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in React.js and Node.js. The Sr. Fullstack Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing both client-side and server-side architectures, developing front-end and back-end applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-quality software solutions. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean and scalable code, integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic, troubleshooting and debugging applications, and ensuring responsiveness across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js for the backend and React.js for the frontend.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support mobile and web applications.
• Design scalable and secure backend architectures, ideally with microservices where applicable.
• Work with AWS Aurora (or similar relational databases) for database design, management, and optimization.
• Handle cloud deployments using AWS services.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client; gather requirements, provide updates, and suggest solutions.
• Work independently and take ownership of assigned projects with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure application reliability.
• Apply sound networking and architectural practices to improve system scalability and security.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and React.js.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and relational databases (AWS Aurora/MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Solid understanding of scalable backend architecture; microservices knowledge is a plus.
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
• Good knowledge of networking fundamentals and secure application development.
• Familiarity with Git for version control.
• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact directly with international clients.
• Proven ability to work independently and own deliverables end-to-end
