UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile applications. Your passion for crafting seamless user experiences and visually appealing designs will be at the forefront of your responsibilities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders to design intuitive and engaging digital products. - Creating visually appealing interfaces that align with brand identity through designing typography, colors, icons, and graphics. - Conducting user research, analyzing feedback, and implementing design improvements to enhance user experience. - Developing wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma and Adobe XD. - Ensuring UI designs comply with WCAG guidelines for accessibility and inclusivity. - Testing designs, gathering feedback, and refining user interfaces based on user input. - Maintaining design consistency across products by following UI/UX best practices and brand guidelines. - Staying updated on industry trends, new design tools, and best practices. The ideal candidate for this role will possess: - 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility. - Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and design systems. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-evolving environment. - A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work. - Self-learning capabilities and a quick grasp of new tools. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is day shift, Monday to Friday, at our location in Kochi, Kerala.
