We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Head to lead the marketing function for our Study Abroad division. The role requires expertise in digital, offline, regional (branch) marketing and event management to support student acquisition, strengthen brand equity, and enable business growth across geographies. Key Responsibilities • Marketing Strategy Ownership Define and lead the overall marketing strategy across digital, offline, and regional channels, aligned with business objectives and intake cycles. • Digital Marketing Leadership Drive performance marketing, digital lead generation, media planning, and digital partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams for SEO, SEM, and paid campaigns while owning top-level results. • Branch Marketing Oversight Design and supervise localized marketing campaigns tailored to branch-level needs. Ensure alignment with sales targets, market priorities, and student demographics across cities. • Event Marketing & Activations Lead the strategic planning and execution of education fairs, university events, webinars, roadshows, and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive student engagement. • Offline Marketing Execution Manage print, radio, OOH (out-of-home), in-center branding, and community outreach initiatives. Ensure integration with digital and regional efforts for a unified brand presence. • Team & Stakeholder Management Build, guide, and mentor a high-performing marketing team. Collaborate with leadership, sales heads, and external partners to deliver measurable impact. • Agency & Vendor Management Oversee external marketing agencies, event partners, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective campaign execution. • Budget Ownership & ROI Tracking Develop and manage the marketing budget. Monitor spends, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI) across all initiatives. Key Reporting Metrics • Marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) per channel • Cost per lead (CPL) and conversion metrics • Branch-level campaign impact and walk-ins • Event attendance, engagement, and post-event conversions • Brand awareness and student recall (where measured) • Marketing ROI and budget adherence Travel Expectations • Regular travel to branch offices across regions to assess market dynamics, support local campaigns, and attend key events. Leadership Competencies • Strategic Thinking: Ability to craft long-term marketing vision aligned with organizational goals. • Execution Excellence: Proven capability to translate strategy into actionable, measurable plans. • Cross-Functional Influence: Adept at collaborating with leadership, operations, sales, and external stakeholders. • Team Leadership: Experience managing diverse, high-performing teams and vendor ecosystems. • Analytical Mindset: Strong focus on data, metrics, and continuous performance improvement. • Agility & Innovation: Comfort with a fast-paced environment and a constant focus on trying new approaches. Qualifications • 12+ years of leadership experience in marketing, preferably in education, consulting, or B2C service industries. • Proven experience managing integrated marketing strategies across digital, offline, regional, and event platforms. • MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing or related field preferred. • Experience in scaling multi-location or multi-market campaigns is highly desirable.
