Role Overview:

As the Head of Marketing, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy, brand positioning, and growth roadmap. You will drive acquisition, retention, and brand building, while ensuring marketing investments deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute GTM strategy for new products and campaigns.

• Build brand visibility and recall through PR, partnerships, and integrated marketing efforts.

• Own customer acquisition and retention targets, balancing CAC with long-term LTV.

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and leadership teams.

• Identify, evaluate, and adopt MarTech/AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.

• Mentor and manage the marketing team, ensuring alignment to growth objectives.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 7–12 years of experience in growth/brand marketing, preferably in B2C or fintech/startup environments.

• Proven track record in reducing CAC, driving brand growth, and managing large-scale campaigns.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and customer lifecycle management.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and partnership-building skills.

• KPIs:

•% reduction in CAC quarter-on-quarter

• Brand awareness/recall lift (measured via surveys or social mentions)

• No. of PR features & partnership deals closed

•Campaign ROI against planned GTM targets

Success Metrics:

o Growth in user acquisition and engagement

o Lower CAC & higher LTV:CAC ratio

o Stronger brand recall and industry visibility

o No. of successful PR wins and partnerships closed
