Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Marketing based in Thrissur. The Head of Marketing will oversee market planning, marketing campaigns, and strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth and enhance brand presence. Responsibilities include conducting market research, managing public relations strategies, supervising the marketing team, and overseeing campaigns to support sales objectives. The role requires collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing goals with the company’s vision and strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing Management to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in Market Research to analyze trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes.
• Experience in Sales and the ability to work on strategies that boost revenue and customer engagement.
• Proven expertise in Public Relations, including managing brand reputation and maintaining stakeholder relations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and foster collaboration.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to address challenges and seize marketing opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in the construction and real estate industry is an advantage.
