Your role will include interacting with academy owners, explaining the product benefits, conducting demos, and helping them onboard to AcademyMint. Demand Generation & Digital Marketing Drive qualified leads through performance campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, SEO, SEM, and partnerships. Experiment with creative growth hacks, viral campaigns, and targeted outreach strategies. Implement marketing experiments (A/B testing, funnel optimization) to accelerate PMF insights. Marketing Tools & Automation Build and optimize marketing automation workflows using HubSpot, Zoho, WebEngage, Mailchimp, or similar tools. Develop lead nurturing sequences, drip campaigns, and lifecycle communication strategies. Content & Brand Storytelling Taking ownership of content while working with multiple stakeholders Build a strong brand presence across digital platforms and niche industry communities. Analytics & Performance Ownership Define, track, and optimize key metrics including CAC, LTV, MQL, SQL, and conversion rates. Monitor campaign performance and market feedback to help refine product positioning. Who Should Apply? You have 3–5 years of marketing experience in SaaS or startup environments , preferably B2B. You are not just a strategist but a doer —comfortable executing campaigns yourself. You understand SaaS growth levers, demand generation, funnels, and conversion optimization. You can thrive in an early-stage, high-accountability environment with minimal supervision. You are willing to go beyond traditional roles , embrace ambiguity, and hustle for impact.
