Job Description

Role will include interacting with academy owners, explaining the product benefits, conducting demos, and helping them onboard to AcademyMint.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through field visits, calls, and referrals

Conduct in-person & online product demos

Explain AcademyMint’s value clearly to academy owners

Manage follow-ups and conversions with prospective clients

Maintain proper lead tracking & reporting in CRM/sheets

Support onboarding for new clients during the trial period

Build long-term relationships with institutes

Requirements

Strong communication in Hindi, English, and Telugu (must)

Highly motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work

Ability to build trust and explain product value clearly

Good understanding of basic technology (mobile apps, dashboards, CRM, etc.)

Any experience in sales / field sales / EdTech will be an added advantage
