About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects across commercial, residential, institutional, and industrial sectors.
• Prepare and review design concepts, drawings, and construction documentation.
• Ensure designs comply with

  CMDA

  and

  DTCP

  approval norms and other statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to translate requirements into creative design solutions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and quality delivery.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects and design staff.
• Oversee site coordination, design implementation, and quality control during project execution.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 1015 years of experience in architecture, with exposure to multi-domain projects.
• In-depth knowledge of

  CMDA

  and

  DTCP

  norms, approval processes, and building bye-laws.
• Strong design sensibility with the ability to blend aesthetics and functionality.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software.
• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
