Candidates must have experience in commercial & residential projects, design development, site coordination, and vendor handling. Open Positions:Senior Draughtsman Junior Architect Senior Architect Key Responsibilities:Create and develop design layouts, working drawings & 3D concepts (AutoCAD/SketchUp). Visit sites to ensure execution matches design plans. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for material sourcing and quality control. Prepare presentations and communicate design ideas clearly to clients/consultants. Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budget. Requirements:Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related design tools. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently. Experience in commercial and residential interiors preferred.
