Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the

  architectural design

  process for individual homes, duplexes, and rental income projects.
• Develop

  concept designs, working drawings, and 3D elevations

  with attention to detail and functionality.
• Prepare 3D models and walkthroughs using SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, Etc.,
• Coordinate closely with

  clients, site engineers, and management

  to ensure design accuracy and satisfaction.
• Conduct

  site visits

  to verify implementation of design, finishes, and construction standards.
• Ensure compliance with

  Vaastu principles

  ,

  BBMP/BDA regulations

  , and safety norms.
• Collaborate with

  structural teams

  for complete project integration.
• Research and recommend

  new design trends, sustainable materials, and technologies

• Mentor and supervise

  junior architects and interns

  Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 2 - 5 year of professional experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop.
• Strong knowledge of building materials and design principles.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Time-management and multitasking skills for handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of handling

  end-to-end design

  and coordination for on-site execution.
