Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect with 4+ years of professional experience to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will lead architectural projects from concept to completion, working collaboratively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver exceptional design outcomes. This is an on-site role based at our Silvassa office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and development for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

• Prepare conceptual designs, detailed drawings, and construction documentation using industry-standard software.

• Coordinate with clients to understand design goals, requirements, and budgets.

• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure design intent is maintained throughout project phases.

• Review and validate contractor submissions, shop drawings, and material specifications.

• Oversee project execution on site, ensuring adherence to design quality, timelines, and regulations.

• Mentor and guide junior architectural team members to support growth and design consistency.

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental considerations.

• Present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and internal review committees.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant architectural experience in a professional design firm.

• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong design portfolio demonstrating architectural creativity and technical proficiency.

• Excellent knowledge of construction detailing, building regulations, and documentation standards.

• Effective communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

• Team leadership experience and ability to mentor junior staff.
