You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints related to construction and architecture services. Your main tasks will include maintaining client relationships, providing regular updates on projects, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met. Additionally, you will assist with video marketing by acting as a model in promotional videos for the company's services. To be successful in this role, you should have 6 months to 1.6 years of customer service experience, with a preference for candidates who have previous experience in construction and architecture firms. You should be willing to participate in video shoots for promotional content and possess strong communication and customer service skills in both English and Hindi. Proficiency in MS Office and basic social media marketing will be advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent position with health insurance benefits.
