Customer Relations Representative

As a Customer Relationship Associate at our company, you will play a crucial role in handling customer inquiries and complaints related to construction and architecture services. Your responsibilities will include maintaining strong client relationships, providing regular updates on projects, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met. Additionally, you will assist with video marketing by acting as a model in promotional videos for our services. Qualifications required for this role include having 6 months to 1.6 years of customer service experience, with preference given to candidates who have previous experience in construction and architecture firms. You should be willing to participate in video shoots for promotional content and possess strong communication and customer service skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in MS Office and basic social media marketing will be beneficial. Please note that we give preference to female candidates for this position. The job is full-time and permanent, with benefits including health insurance and a performance bonus. The work schedule is during the day shift, specifically in the morning. The ability to commute or relocate to Ernakulam, Kerala, is necessary for this in-person role.
