Job Description

Position Overview

The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and driving repeat business for the dealership. This role combines customer service, sales support, and loyalty management to enhance the overall dealership experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Retention

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers, ensuring a positive showroom experience.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers through calls, messages, and emails.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Develop loyalty programs and initiatives to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.

Sales Support

  • Assist the sales team in converting leads into sales by nurturing customer relationships.
  • Follow up on test drives, quotations, and pending deals.
  • Coordinate with the finance and insurance team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

After-Sales Service

  • Ensure timely reminders for vehicle servicing, insurance renewals, and warranty claims.
  • Act as a bridge between customers and the service department to resolve issues.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction scores and implement improvement measures.

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain and update the customer database (CRM software).
  • Track customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Prepare monthly reports on customer satisfaction, retention rates, and feedback trends.

Skills & Competencies'

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of two-wheeler products, financing, and insurance processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales (automobile industry preferred).
  • Fluency in local language(s)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
