About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle calls, emails, and chats from international corporate customers.
• Manage client queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless client service.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency.
