Senior Architect

The Senior Architect will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence, regulatory compliance, cost control, and coordination with internal teams and external consultants.Over 6–10 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate projects

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
• Prepare concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed working drawings
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and landscape consultants
• Ensure compliance with local building by-laws, NBC norms, and statutory regulations
• Review and approve architectural drawings, BOQs, and material specifications
• Monitor design implementation at site and provide timely clarifications
• Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to approved drawings and quality standards
• Assist in obtaining statutory approvals and liaise with authorities when required
• Manage junior architects and drafting teams; review their outputs
• Participate in design reviews, value engineering, and cost optimization
• Support project planning, timelines, and coordination with construction teams
• Address design-related issues during execution and provide solutions
• Maintain proper documentation, revisions, and project records

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of architectural planning and construction methodologies
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and MS Office
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, and construction detailing
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
