You are hiring a Camunda 8.x Architect / Sr. Architect with strong BPM architecture skills and the ability to lead technical teams in an Agile delivery model. This role specifically requires proven experience with Camunda 8 implementation, excluding Camunda 7 or workflow-only profiles. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own architecture design and finalization for BPM solutions - Convert complex business needs into technical architecture and delivery plans - Finalize requirements with business stakeholders - Lead solution design, estimation, and implementation planning - Conduct code/design reviews against business and functional requirements - Drive versioning, release processes, and SCM best practices - Develop reusable components and scalable frameworks - Mentor development/support teams and guide execution in Agile delivery - Collaborate closely with internal and client stakeholders **Qualifications Required:** - 9-14 years of overall IT experience - 3+ years working with BPM technologies - 3+ years hands-on experience with Camunda 8.x, including recent implementation work - 8+ years in Java / J2EE / Java EE, with knowledge of Java 1.6+ and enterprise patterns - Strong experience in building SOAP and REST APIs - Hands-on experience with Spring (Core, Boot, Batch, MVC) - Experience with Hibernate / JPA, JMS, Camel, Maven - Strong RDBMS experience with any major relational database - Exposure to Camunda or Redhat jBPM implementations - Understanding of integration frameworks and enterprise architecture **Nice-to-Have:** - UI development exposure, preferably in React or Angular The company values strong communication and stakeholder management skills, confident client-facing leadership, and the ability to lead and mentor small teams in an Agile environment.
