Senior Architect

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead design development, manage projects, coordinate with consultants, and ensure high-quality execution from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong design sense, technical expertise, and leadership skills.

• Lead architectural design from concept to working drawings
• Prepare and review layouts, 3D concepts, and detailed drawings
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants
• Handle client meetings, presentations, and design approvals
• Conduct site visits to ensure design intent and quality execution
• Guide and mentor junior architects and designers
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)
• 2-3 years of experience in architectural design & execution
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion/V-Ray, Photoshop
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing and materials
• Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
