Role Description

Senior Architect (6 to 7 Years Experience)

Zero Energy Design Lab (ZED Lab)

Immediate Opening | Full-Time | On-Site

What You’ll Lead

End-to-end responsisiblity of residential projects and team

Translate concept intent into high-quality, buildable architecture

Drive coordination with structure, MEP, sustainability, and other consultants and vendors and site execution team.

Lead and mentor a small, sharp team of architects

Resolve site, detailing, and execution challenges with confidence

Uphold design quality even under real-world constraints

What We’re Looking For

6 to 7 years of professional experience in architecture (India-based projects preferred)

Strong command over AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Suite

(Rhino / Grasshopper is a big plus)

Proven experience with working drawings, GFCs, site coordination

Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a focus on sustainable and energy-efficient designs.

Experience in Project Management, including, scheduling, and team supervision.

Strong conceptual and technical problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.

Experience in researching and applying bioclimatic principles is a plus.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

Excellent communication and leadership skills with an ability to liaise effectively with clients and interdisciplinary teams.
