Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect located in India. The Senior Architect will lead architectural design projects, oversee integration processes, and manage project timelines from conception to completion. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients and team members, ensuring high-quality design outcomes, and adhering to sustainability principles throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Strong skills in Project Management and the ability to oversee design teams and project timelines
• Experience in Software Development and Integration related to architecture and design
• Proficiency in using architectural design software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar platforms
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
• Proven experience in delivering sustainable and functional architectural projects
• Professional degree in Architecture or a related field
• Registration as a licensed architect is preferred but not required

Experience

5- 15 Years working experience in Large Scale Commercial IT/Office buildings, High-rise residentail & Masterplan as Design and Project Architect. Should be able to collaborate and manage young designers, architects & expert consultants meeting clients expectation.

Remuneration

On par with industry standards & performance based incentives / Bonuses .
