Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience as a qualified architect within a leading design/architecture organization
• B.Arch or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Excellent design, technical, and software skills, including Revit, AutoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, and other BIM software
• Project experience from inception to completion
• Extensive experience from concept through to construction across a range of project types
• Strong design and presentation capabilities, with the ability to lead teams and projects
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to train, mentor, and encourage other staff members, with proven leadership skills and a collaborative team-working style
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels and from all backgrounds
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong detailing skills, with the ability to review and produce detailed drawings
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and submission requirements

• Extensive experience in consultant coordination up to GFC drawings

• On-site experience is required
