We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Design Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and a passion for creating spaces that promote healing and wellness. As a design Architect, you will work closely with project teams to design and manage projects from concept through completion. You will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing construction documents, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success.

Responsibilities:

·        Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts that meet client needs and project requirements.

·        Prepare and present design proposals, including renderings, drawings, and models.

·        Develop construction documents, including plans, sections, details, and specifications.

·        Coordinate with consultants and contractors to integrate engineering systems and other project requirements into the design.

·        Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful project completion.

·        Participate in client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.

·        Mentor junior staff and support their professional development.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

·        5-10 years of experience in design. Having planning & execution experience will be an added advantage

·        Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.

·        Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

·        Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·        Knowledge of regulations, codes, and standards.

·        Coordinating the work of both the architectural and engineering team(s) through SD, DD, CD and the construction phases of a project. This requires managing internal coordination meetings, client meetings and reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance.
