Experience: 8+ years (Relevant in Pega) Work Location: Offshore - Pune/Hyderabad Must Have: Pega Lead System Architect Certification (CLSA) Experience in Pega Cloud migration Experience in Pega Infinity version upgrade. Banking Domain Knowledge and NBAD Migration. Good to have: Experience in Pega Infinity version and latest pega features. Responsibilities: Provide consultancy and guide the application team for recommended and optimal solution. Provide consultancy and review NBAD migration including context setting, Provide vulnerabilities fix on Pega/ Cassandra/ Kafka/ Cloud package/ docker images etc. in order to meet HSBC standard for running on GCP Provide consultancy and review on Monitoring on business and system metrics in terms of workloads, errors, warning and approach to handle alerts etc. Provide consultancy and review on Performance improvement across the application. Review the procedure to upgrade 24.2, Pega setting and Data migration. Any deprecation should be checked & updated. Provide consultancy and set up automated rule deployment with e.g. G3 etc. and user management system e.g. LDAP Provide consultancy and review on Resilience of Pega, Cassandra, Kafka, etc Provide consultancy and review and fix issue on overall two Pega Cloud migration projects. Review performance issues and provide solutions and guide team to implement the solutions. Soft Skills: Good Verbal and communication skills Flexible to overlap partial client working hours in Hong Kong. Experienced working in virtual team environments. Excellent interpersonal skills interacting effectively with the business and provide consultancy and guide the team for solution.
