Role: Pega Lead System Architect (LSA)
Key Responsibilities
Lead endtoend architecture, design, and development of Pega applications.
Translate business requirements into scalable, highquality technical solutions.
Define application architecture, integration patterns, and reusable components.
Guide and mentor development teams on Pega design principles and guardrails.
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and solution optimization.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and crossfunctional teams.
