Pega Lead System Architect

You have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) with at least 7 years of experience in PEGA. As a CLSA Part 2/3 Certified professional, you will be responsible for utilizing your strong verbal communication and presentation skills to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: - Worked as an LSA in 2-3 projects right from the inception phase - Hands-on experience in Pega 8.X/7.X version with CS Framework - Utilize strategic Pegasystems applications effectively while designing enterprise solutions - Lead end-to-end delivery of Pega-based solutions/projects from a technical perspective - Expertise in Case design & Data Modeling, SOA, and various integration capabilities within Pega - Ensure compliance with enterprise technology standards such as solution patterns, application frameworks, technology roadmaps, and capital plans - Effectively communicate solution options to business owners/stakeholders through architecture reviews - Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to motivate, mentor, and lead other team members Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7 years of experience in PEGA - CLSA Part 2/3 Certification - Proficiency in Pega 8.X/7.X version with CS Framework - Strong understanding of Case design & Data Modeling, SOA, and integration capabilities within Pega - Ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders and team members - Strong leadership skills to lead end-to-end delivery of Pega-based solutions/projects Location: - Nagpur - Pune - Singapore,
