Job Description

Please note that this position is with one of our portfolio companies located in Mumbai.


The Marketing Head will lead the marketing and brand-building initiatives for our rapidly expanding Health care network across India. Acting as the brand custodian, this leader will drive awareness, trust, and engagement with patients and healthcare professionals.


Key Responsibilities


  • Define and lead the overarching marketing vision aligned with the company’s long-term business growth, brand equity, and patient engagement objectives for a pan-India network.
  • Act as a senior leadership team member, partnering with the CEO, CFO, clinical, and operations leadership to influence and integrate marketing strategies within the overall organizational and regional growth strategy.
  • Architect and implement a differentiated brand strategy that clearly communicates the unique value proposition , building enduring emotional connections with diverse patient segments, and healthcare providers.
  • Lead digital-first strategies to enhance patient awareness, engagement, and acquisition. Manage digital branding efforts such as social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, online reputation management, and patient education campaigns. Use analytics and insights to continuously improve digital performance.
  • Lead BTL and ETL (Event, Trade, and Live) campaign management to boost brand visibility and engagement at regional and national levels.
  • Lead market intelligence efforts and develop actionable insights from patient behaviour, competitor dynamics, healthcare trends, and regulatory environments to guide proactive business decisions across multiple regions.
  • Drive innovative patient acquisition, retention, and programs across a distributed healthcare network, emphasizing measurable ROI and enhanced customer lifetime value.
  • Represent the organization externally at healthcare forums, conferences, and media engagements to build thought leadership and strategic partnerships nationally.


Key candidate skills:

  • MBA or equivalent with 12+ years in senior marketing leadership roles with strong brand leadership, digital marketing, and VP-level experience, preferably within healthcare or regulated industries.
  • Proven success in building and scaling healthcare brands pan-India or regionally, with expertise in digital branding, communication, and BTL/ETL campaign management.
  • Deep proficiency in leveraging advanced analytics, digital platforms, AI, and data science for marketing precision, customer segmentation.
  • Exceptional executive presence and influence, with a track record of collaborating with C-suite executives, clinical leaders, and external stakeholders to align marketing vision with organizational goals.
  • Agile strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity while balancing transformational innovation with operational discipline.
  • Inspirational leader with experience building high-performing, innovation-driven marketing organizations in distributed healthcare settings.
