What you’ll do

Build Elima’s
marketing engine from scratch
– brand, growth, PR, content, digital.
Drive
B2B lead generation
via LinkedIn, CRM, events, and storytelling.
Shape Elima’s voice as a
thought leader in sustainability & circular economy
.
Partner with sales to create
case studies, campaigns, and collateral
that win enterprise clients.
Work with PR/media to put Elima on the map with
coverage, speaking gigs, and awards
.

What we’re looking for

7–12 years
in B2B marketing (SaaS, consulting, clean tech, logistics, sustainability preferred).
Strong hands-on experience in
LinkedIn, CRM-driven campaigns, storytelling & PR
.
Someone who can
roll up their sleeves, run campaigns, and scale a team
.
A natural storyteller who makes complex ideas simple and impactful.
