Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and product/service adoption.
  
• Monitor and optimize marketing performance and ROI across all campaigns.
  
• Lead market research, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform strategy.
  

Marketing & Brand Management

• Manage and enhance the companys brand image through creative and data-driven marketing initiatives.
  
• Oversee the creation of high-impact content, campaigns, and marketing communications across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
  
• Ensure that all marketing activities align with corporate identity and compliance guidelines.
  

Collaboration & Agency Management

• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  
• Manage external creative agencies, PR firms, and media partners to ensure campaign quality and effectiveness.
  
• Build and retain a high-performing internal marketing team.
  

Performance & Reporting

• Drive regular reporting of marketing KPIs, campaign outcomes, and market trends to management.
  
• Strategize and execute lead generation activities in collaboration with the sales team.
  
• Plan and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
  

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• Minimum of

  5 years of leadership experience

  in marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proven expertise in brand building, strategic marketing, and digital marketing.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Analytical thinker with a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and data-driven decisions.
  
• Experience in B2B and B2C marketing across diverse industries is preferred.
  
• Knowledge of African markets is an added advantage.
