Job Description

Position: Engineer Service Location: Ahmedabad CTC: 3 to 4 LPA Qualification: Diploma Electrical Experience: 2 to 3 years Roles and Responsibilities: Perform installation, testing, and servicing of electrical/electronic equipment at client sites. Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution with minimal downtime. Provide technical support and maintenance services post-installation. Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation. Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer experience. Educate customers on equipment usage, safety, and basic troubleshooting. Travel to customer locations as required for service visits and emergency support. Key Skills Required: Strong understanding of basic electrical and electronics systems. Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills. Ability to work independently and manage field service operations. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Willingness to travel extensively for on-site service requirements. Basic reporting and documentation skills. Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
