Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Srinagar. The HR Manager will oversee HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, building employee relations, implementation of HR policies, and compliance with labor regulations. Additional responsibilities include managing performance reviews, handling employee grievances, and fostering a supportive and productive work environment. Qualifications Strong knowledge and demonstrated expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition Experience with HR policies, strategic planning, and labor law compliance Proficiency in conflict resolution, employee engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to manage performance appraisals and professional development programs effectively Proficiency in using HR software and tools A degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field Prior experience in a similar managerial role; experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is a plus
