Role Title: Instagram & Social Content Creator (Reels, Stories, Luxury Visuals)Location: On-site at our Kashmir based resort + Travel to other properties as neededType: Full-time (preferred) Reports to: Marketing Lead / Founder’s OfficeRole SummaryYou will own our Instagram content engine, capturing and crafting premium Reels, Stories, and posts that make people want to book now. This is not “posting daily.” This is luxury storytelling: cinematic visuals, sharp editing, tasteful motion graphics, clean typography, and an eye for the details that signal class.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, shoot, and edit high-end Reels and Stories (daily/weekly content rhythm).Create premium story sequences: arrivals, suites, F&B, experiences, landscapes, behind-the-scenes, guest moments.Execute “content days” on-property: shot lists, lighting choices, angles, transitions, audio selection.Produce stills and design assets: story frames, carousels, thumbnails, posters, menus/experience promos.Maintain a consistent luxury visual language: color, mood, pacing, typography, and brand tone.Coordinate with hospitality team for smooth shoots without disrupting guests.Must-Have SkillsStrong video editing (Reels pacing, sound design, transitions, masking, stabilization).Still creation & design (carousels, story frames, minimal luxury aesthetics).Comfortable with on-site shooting: handheld, gimbal, natural light, indoor low-light.Excellent Instagram instincts: hooks, sequences, storyboarding, trend adoption without looking cheap.Tools & Tech (Any strong combination)Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut Pro (advanced).Design: Photoshop / Lightroom / After Effects (motion graphics a plus) / Canva (only if premium).Camera skills: iPhone Pro workflows + optionally Sony/Canon/DSLR.Bonus: drone basics (legal compliance), audio capture, basic color grading.Output Expectations 4–6 premium Reels/week (30–60 sec)Daily Stories in “luxury editorial” style2 carousels/week + thumbnails + highlight covers1 hero brand film/month (60–120 sec)What Success Looks Like [ KPIs]Our IG looks like a luxury magazine - consistent, premium, recognizable.Engagement quality rises (saves/shares), DM inquiries increase, booking intent improves.A repeatable content system exists (templates, shot lists, brand style guide).Ideal Candidate ProfileYou have a portfolio that screams “premium”.You can be fast without being sloppy.You understand luxury: restraint, framing, light, texture, calm confidence.How to ApplySend:Portfolio links (IG/TikTok/Drive)3 best Reels + 3 best Story sequencesA 1-minute “resort-style” edit sample (if available)
