Job Summary

Flights Mojo is looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator who can conceptualize, create, and manage engaging content across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, storytelling ability, and an understanding of audience behaviour and platform trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging reels, posts, stories, and short videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
• Develop content ideas aligned with brand voice, campaigns, and travel trends.
• Write compelling captions, hashtags, and CTAs.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and performance teams for campaign execution.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and optimize content accordingly.
• Stay updated with platform trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
• Hands-on experience with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe tools preferred).
• Basic knowledge of video editing and visual storytelling.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
• Experience in travel, lifestyle, or digital-first brands is a plus.
