Social Media Content Creator Vivanda Gourmet Brands: Eleftheria Cheese | Vivanda Chocolateworks & Bakehouse Location: Mulund, Mumbai Experience: 0–2 years Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, On-site The Role We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator to work with our in-house marketing team across our food brands. This is a hands-on role focused on creating thoughtful, social-first content while learning how premium artisanal food brands are built and communicated. What You’ll Do Roles & Responsibilities · Own the creation and day-to-day execution of social media content across platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, Youtube and Threads · Conceptualise, shoot, and edit short-form videos, stories, and static posts that feel current, platform-native, and on brand · Actively contribute to content ideation and scripting, translating trends, formats, and audience behaviour into original content ideas · Create UGC-style and social-first content that feels natural, relatable, and aligned with the brand’s voice rather than overly polished · Support and execute in-house BAU content shoots, including references, basic direction, and on-ground coordination · Write clear, engaging captions for reels, carousels, and posts that reflect the tone and personality of each brand · Plan and manage content calendars, daily posting, and scheduling · Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages and supporting two-way interaction · Track content performance and engagement metrics, and use insights to improve reach, relevance, and consistency · Assist with influencer collaborations, campaign rollouts, and digital partnerships from a content execution standpoint What We’re Looking For 0–2 years of experience in social media or content creation Comfort with shooting and editing content on a phone Familiarity with Instagram and YouTube formats, trends, and engagement drivers Basic working knowledge of tools like Canva and simple video editors Curiosity about the artisanal food landscape, craft-led brands, and premium products Interest in understanding audiences, demographics, and how people discover and engage with food brands online Organised, reliable, and open to learning and feedback Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Work Location: In person
