About the Role MintLink is a global creator monetization and growth platform that helps creators turn organic content into measurable revenue. It automates Instagram comment-to-DM workflows, tracks affiliate sales and engagement, and enables creators and brands to scale distribution without paid ads. As a part of the growth team at MintLink , your role will involve identifying, sizing, and executing high-impact growth opportunities across acquisition, retention, and monetization. You will deep-dive into user behavior, operational data, and category trends to uncover insights and convert them into actionable strategies. Your responsibilities will include building and managing structured growth frameworks, owning key growth metrics, improving user funnels, and tracking the competitive landscape and industry trends to identify whitespace opportunities. This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys experimentation, fast iteration, and building scalable growth engines from scratch. What You’ll Do Drive MoM revenue growth for MintLink through data-backed growth initiatives Own the AARRR funnel (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue) and prioritize growth channels Scale traffic via Organic (SEO), Referrals, Communities, Paid (Meta, Google), Retargeting, Email, SMS, Affiliates & Partnerships Improve conversion across web/app funnels through UX, onboarding, messaging, and pricing experiments Ideate and execute out-of-the-box growth hacks — from community seeding (Slack, Discord, Telegram, Reddit, Quora, Product Hunt, LinkedIn) to creator-led distribution Design, execute, and analyze A/B experiments across product and marketing Use tools like Google Analytics, Heap, or similar to derive insights and influence decisions Collaborate closely with product, design, content, and tech teams What We’re Looking For You should ideally have 1–3 years of experience in growth, consulting, analytics, product, performance marketing, or similarly rigorous roles. Experience in SaaS, creator economy, consumer internet, e-commerce, or D2C is a strong plus. To excel in this role, you should have: Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills A data-driven, experimentation-first mindset Ability to work fast, learn faster, and pivot when needed Clear communication and storytelling skills Comfort operating in ambiguity and high-velocity environments Requirements Strong understanding of data, analytics, metrics, and experimentation Experience with A/B testing and funnel optimization Basic copywriting and editing skills Knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing Startup mindset with high ownership and bias for action Performance- and results-oriented attitude Curious, creative, and relentless about growth Programming knowledge is a plus (not mandatory) Bonus: Prior experience in growth hacking at a SaaS company 🚀
