Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Pune, India, for a Social Media Content Creator. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing and curating engaging content across various social media platforms, managing social media accounts, tracking key performance metrics, creating marketing strategies tailored to online engagement, and monitoring trends to keep the company's content relevant and innovative. The role will include planning and executing social media campaigns to enhance audience reach and engagement while collaborating with the marketing team to align all content with brand objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Content Planning
• Strong proficiency in Copywriting, Content Editing, and Creative Writing
• Knowledge of Social Media Analytics and Performance Tracking
• Familiarity with Digital Marketing, Visual Storytelling, and Branding
• Proficiency in graphic design tools and content scheduling/planning software
• Ability to stay updated with social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive mindset with strong creativity and organizational skills
• Prior experience in the education or consultancy sector is a plus
