We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and oversee brand growth at Third Eye Distillery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, possesses a strong command of integrated marketing, and has a passion for premium consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities

·        Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across brand, digital, and experiential channels

·        Manage daily marketing operations and oversee campaign planning and execution

·        Drive and grow the brand's presence across all social media platforms

·        Plan and manage product launches, events, and brand activations

·        Identify and execute high-impact brand partnerships and collaborations

·        Oversee budget planning and performance reporting

Skills and Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns

·        Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills

·        Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity

·        6–10 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the lifestyle, FMCG, or alcobev sectors

·        Proven ability to lead multi-channel campaigns and marketing teams

·        Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and community building

·        Exceptional project management, analytical, and communication skills

·        Familiarity with the craft spirits category is a plus
