Job Description

Position Overview:
As the Marketing Head at SLG Hospitals Hyderabad, you will lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives to drive the hospital's growth, brand visibility, patient engagement, and service excellence. You will be responsible for developing innovative marketing campaigns, managing digital presence, fostering public relations, and collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance SLG Hospitals’ reputation in Hyderabad and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead brand-building activities for SLG Hospitals, including advertising, digital marketing, and events.
  • Manage hospital social media handles, online reputation, and web content.
  • Develop partnerships with healthcare providers, corporates, and community organizations.
  • Plan and oversee promotional campaigns, health awareness drives, and outreach programs.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee production of marketing collateral and hospital communication materials.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing ROI and campaign performance.
  • Foster relationships with media, PR agencies, and influencers to secure positive coverage.
  • Work cross-functionally with physicians, patient care teams, and the management on service line promotions.
  • Lead the marketing team, manage budgets, and guide talent development.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in healthcare/hospital marketing or a similar leadership role.
  • Expertise and knowledge of the area of operations (Hyderabad) is a must
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, social media, and communications.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience in brand management and public relations within a hospital setting preferred.
  • Fluency in English and local languages.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
