About Us:

MantraCare and Eye Mantra Hospital are leading names in healthcare and wellness services. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Head / Team Leader to lead our recruitment efforts across both organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles across MantraCare and Eye Mantra Hospital.
• Coordinate with department heads and concerned stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
• Lead, guide, and mentor a team of 7–8 HR Recruiters to ensure effective hiring.
• Allocate and monitor individual as well as team recruitment targets and ensure timely achievement.
• Build strong talent pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs.
• Ensure smooth execution of recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding coordination.
• Track and share hiring metrics, performance reports, and recruitment outcomes with management.
• Maintain high standards of candidate experience and employer branding.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2–4 years) in recruitment / talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team-handling role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and hiring processes.
• Experience working in healthcare, wellness, or related industries will be an added advantage.
• Ability to meet target-based recruitment goals (individual + team).
• Excellent communication, people management, and coordination skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
• Work Schedule: 6 days working (Monday–Saturday), 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Weekly Off: Sunday fixed off.
