Job Summary:

Industrial Psychologist

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in onboarding new customers. 

Support the Customer Success team in responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.

Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and escalate issues when necessary.

Assist in creating customer success resources, such as guides, tutorials, and FAQs.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. i.e BA Program in Psychology, Economics, English; MBA, BH Hons Psychology. 

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software is a plus.

A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
