Marketing Specialist (Pay Per Click) Summary: We are looking for a highly capable Performance Marketing Strategist who understands how to build, manage, and scale ad campaigns across Google and Meta. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-focused, and confident managing budgets and delivering ROI across multiple client accounts. Role Overview: This is a hands-on PPC role with full ownership of campaign performance. You will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google and Meta, with added value if you bring experience in Amazon or LinkedIn advertising. You will work directly with the UI/UX team for landing page support and collaborate with our internal content and SEO teams to align on messaging and conversion flow. Key Responsibilities: Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) - Amazon Ads would be amazing too. Take over existing campaigns, audit and implement best practices to ensure the best work is done. Has to be critical and completely own the process. Not hesitant to make changes and believes in their process. Set up and maintain product-based Shopping campaigns using data feeds or Shopify integrations. Collaborate with internal teams to plan funnel-based journeys and map ad-to-landing page strategies. Test and refine ad copy, creatives, and targeting to improve ROAS. Generate visual and written campaign performance reports for internal review and monthly client delivery. Skills and Experience Required: 3–5 years hands-on experience managing Google and Meta ad campaigns and Amazon would be great. Proven success with Google Shopping ads and product feed management with a Google and Meta certification. Strong understanding of funnel logic, targeting strategy, and campaign structure. Experience with performance tracking and pixel configuration using Google Tag Manager. Ability to work across multiple client accounts and manage budgets efficiently. Clear understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other core PPC metrics. Familiarity with working alongside UI/UX designers and content teams. Comfortable operating with autonomy and responsibility. Preferred (But Not Required): Familiarity with Shopify and eCommerce analytics. Understanding of CRO principles or landing page best practices.
