Note : Candidates from Bengaluru / Hyderabad/ Kolkata, or those willing to relocate to either of these locations, are preferred. Job Summary We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and maintain organized records. These roles are pivotal in driving our business growth and establishing lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients. Client Engagement Initiate contact with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions to meet those needs effectively. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. Negotiation & Closing Engage in negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements, addressing client concerns and overcoming objections to close sales successfully. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients. Data Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM tools. Store and manage sales data efficiently for reporting and analysis. Reporting Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to management. Collaboration Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives and customer needs. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of sales experience or related internship experience. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
