Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive, smart, and solutions-oriented Business & Operations Manager to support and manage our day-to-day operations. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, possesses sharp decision-making skills, and can tackle challenges with a positive and resilient mindset. The ideal candidate will also bring a working understanding of financial and legal frameworks, enabling them to manage operational matters that intersect with compliance and client obligations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily operations and support strategic business initiatives
  • Act as the go-to person for resolving on-ground challenges quickly and effectively
  • Liaise with internal departments (legal, finance, advisory, audit) to ensure smooth coordination
  • Assist in identifying risks and proposing solutions for business process optimization
  • Coordinate with client stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of services
  • Address financial or contractual issues with basic understanding of accounting or legal implications
  • Help streamline internal systems to enhance operational efficiency
  • Maintain a strong focus on execution, quality control, and deadline adherence


Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Law, or a related field (MBA or PG preferred)
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in business operations, consulting, financial services, or legal support roles
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Basic understanding of financial and legal documentation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A can-do attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
