Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Management Intern to assist with a wide range of business operations, research, and execution tasks. This role is ideal for candidates seeking hands-on exposure to cross-functional roles in a start-up environment, from client engagement to backend operations and strategic planning.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the operations and strategy teams in project execution, data tracking, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Conduct research and competitor benchmarking for internal planning and decision-making.
  • Maintain documentation, trackers, and dashboards to streamline internal processes.
  • Support in onboarding new clients, partners, or remote hires.
  • Help prepare presentations, reports, and internal SOPs as required.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to overall team planning.


Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.


Nice to Have:

  • Prior internship or leadership experience in start-ups, student bodies, or project management.
  • Interest in operations, HR tech, consulting, or remote work ecosystems.
