Job Description

Mode of Employment:

Key Responsibilities:

Design and lead scalable, high-performance software solutions
Architect microservices and containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes)
Guide development teams on best practices and architecture
Integrate NoSQL solutions (Redis, CosmosDB) with traditional databases
Work with Microsoft Azure (App Services, AKS, Functions)
Optimize system scalability, performance, and reliability
Lead architectural decisions for cloud-native services and workflows (Temporal, Camunda)
Ensure continuous delivery and deployment in production environments

Must have skills:

Typescript
Angular (or any other standalone JS FE frameworks such as react or Vue)
Linux, Containerization, Docker, Kubernetes
Professional experience deploying containerized applications to production is required
NOSQL &/or caching (Redis, azure search, etc)

Highly preferred:

Workflow orchestration systems (temporal, camunda, durable functions, etc)

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on .NET Core backend services
3+ years of experience in an Architectural or Senior Technical Leadership role
Expert-level proficiency in .NET Core / .NET 6/8, C#, Entity Framework Core
Strong experience with Linux-based deployments and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Deep understanding of designing and scaling REST APIs, service-based architectures, and event-driven systems
Advanced TypeScript experience with at least one modern SPA framework (Angular preferred)
Proven track record of shipping containerized backend services to production
Experience integrating NoSQL solutions (CosmosDB, Redis) alongside traditional RDBMS
Hands-on experience architecting in Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Functions, SQL, API Management, and AKS
Strong knowledge of DevOps pipelines (preferably Azure DevOps) and cloud-native operational excellence
Familiarity with workflow orchestration systems (Temporal.io, Camunda, Durable Functions, or equivalent)

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications:

Highly Preferred Active Certifications:
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400)
Familiarity with integrating and monitoring AI/ML models and LLM output tracking
Experience designing scalable multi-tenant SaaS applications
Background in security-first architecture design and cloud governance best practices
Prior experience leading multi-team architectural initiatives
Contributions to technical blogs, open-source projects, or cloud-native communities
