Technical Architect

Role & responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing application architectures.
• Define and maintain coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Guide development teams on system architecture, code reviews, and technical problem-solving.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks to improve productivity and quality.
• Lead POCs (proof of concepts) and tech evaluations for new solutions and components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with third-party services.
• Monitor application performance and drive improvements.
• Ensure the application complies with security standards and data protection laws.
• Mentor and support junior developers and promote knowledge sharing across teams.
  

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a technical/solution architect role.
• Deep expertise

  Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.) Or Node.js (Express, NestJS, etc.) Or PHP (Laravel, Symfony, etc.)

• Experience with databases both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) 
• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes). 
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, clean architecture, and system integration. 
• Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. 
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-native development.
• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
