Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Handle basic inquiries and provide information about the company Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings Provide general administrative and clerical support as required Requirements: Fresh graduate High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
