Position Title

Receptionist cum Computer Operator

Work Location

Reporting To

Principal / Office Superintendent

Job Responsibilities1. Reception Duties

• Greet students, parents, visitors, and guests in a polite and professional manner
• Maintain visitor entry records
• Receive and transfer phone calls to the concerned authority
• Provide basic information related to admissions, fees, timetable, examinations, etc.
• Assist parents and visitors by guiding them to the concerned department

2. Computer Operator Duties

• Perform daily clerical and computer-based tasks such as typing and data entry
• Use MS Word, MS Excel, PDF tools, Email, and Internet efficiently
• Prepare notices, circulars, letters, reports, admission forms, examination lists, etc.
• Maintain and update student and staff data accurately and confidentially
• Operate office equipment such as printer, scanner, and photocopy machine

3. Office Support

• Maintain proper filing and record management
• Assist the Principal and office staff in day-to-day administrative work
• Ensure confidentiality of all official and institutional information

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
• Basic knowledge of computers is mandatory
• Working knowledge of Hindi and English typing
• Prior experience in a school or educational institution will be an advantage

Salary

As per qualification and experience (as per institution norms)

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
