Job Summary:

The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, representing the company in a professional and welcoming manner. This role involves managing the front office operations, handling calls, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth communication within departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and courier services.
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Handle client and guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for meeting arrangements and schedules.
  • Maintain front office cleanliness, supplies, and presentation.
  • Assist HR/Administration with daily coordination tasks and documentation.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure timely arrangements (refreshments, seating, etc.).
  • Support administrative work such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree (any discipline).
  • 0–3 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive / Receptionist / Office Coordinator.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Presentable, courteous, and customer-focused.

    10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
