Why This Role Exists

We’re building a world-class mobile health coach that drives meaningful behavior change at scale, powered by cutting-edge machine learning. Your mission: deliver measurable growth and retention through disciplined product, growth, and personalization strategies.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end App Store and Google Play performance, including install conversion, keyword/category rank, and editorial featuring wins.
• Product Page Optimization (PPO) and Store Listing Experiments (SLE) to improve conversion and rankings.
• Release and quality operations: TestFlight betas, staged rollouts, Android Vitals, and pre-launch testing.
• Collaboration with DS/ML to deploy contextual bandits and JITAI-style nudges for personalized activation.
• Privacy, safety, and regulatory compliance for consumer health apps.

• Deploy a personalization engine improving activation or retention against a defined baseline.

You Bring

• Proven track record growing mobile products to millions of installs and sustaining high MAU.
• Hands-on expertise with PPO, SLE, TestFlight, staged rollouts, and Android Vitals.
• Experience with contextual bandits, JITAI strategies, and privacy regulations (HIPAA, HBNR, FDA boundaries).
