Role Snapshot

  Unite farmsteads into a cooperative poultry and feed program that secures farmer prosperity, healthy chickens, and soil health.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale farmer cooperatives with fair governance and transparent profit-sharing.
• Implement gold-standard poultry biosecurity and vaccination protocols.
• Stand up pea/cowpea feed programs with rigorous quality and farmer-friendly pricing.
• Ensure farms meet environmental guidelines and compliance standards.
• Develop and deploy data and traceability systems linking feed, farms, and flock outcomes.
• Translate pilot learnings into scalable playbooks, SOPs, and farmer training.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 8–12+ years leading agricultural programs in India with cooperative/FPO experience.
• Proven diplomatic operator with fair, trusted farmer alignment.
• Literacy in poultry health, feed processing, and BIS/CPCB compliance.
• Fluent Hindi + at least one regional language, plus English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Launched or scaled an FPO/Producer Company covering both crops and livestock.
• Built feed supply chains with BIS audits and FSSAI documentation.
• Designed poultry cluster environmental compliance plans.
• Experience designing incentive models rewarding quality and performance.
